- 1 pound of shrimp (peeled and deveined)

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
- Combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl; toss shrimp to coat.
- Heat skillet over medium-high and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave for a minute or two.
- Assemble tacos with cabbage, shrimp, avocado, pico de gallo, and lime juice.

- For extra flavor, marinate shrimp for 30 minutes before cooking.
