Ingredients

  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
  2. Combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl; toss shrimp to coat.
  3. Heat skillet over medium-high and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave for a minute or two.
  5. Assemble tacos with cabbage, shrimp, avocado, pico de gallo, and lime juice.
