A quick and delicious shrimp stir fry with noodles, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces noodles (rice or egg noodles work well)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil water, cook noodles as per package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet, cook shrimp until pink, then remove.
  3. Add another tablespoon of oil, stir-fry bell pepper, broccoli, garlic, and ginger for 5 minutes.
  4. Add noodles and shrimp back, pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir well, and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
  5. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

  • Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference.
  • For extra flavor, add sesame oil or chili flakes.
