Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces noodles (rice or egg noodles work well)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Boil water, cook noodles as per package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet, cook shrimp until pink, then remove.
- Add another tablespoon of oil, stir-fry bell pepper, broccoli, garlic, and ginger for 5 minutes.
- Add noodles and shrimp back, pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir well, and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preference.
- For extra flavor, add sesame oil or chili flakes.
