Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: rinse shrimp, mince garlic, and zest the lemon.
- Cook the orzo in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes until al dente, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté shrimp until pink and opaque.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Incorporate lemon juice, zest, and cherry tomatoes; warm for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in the cooked orzo, adding reserved pasta water if needed; cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with olive oil and parsley, then serve warm.

- Adjust red pepper flakes according to your spice preference.
- Reserve some pasta water to adjust the sauce consistency.
