- 1 loaf of fresh garlic bread dough
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup of nacho cheese sauce
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of sliced jalapeños (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, add shrimp with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook until pink, then set aside.
- Mix cooked shrimp, nacho cheese sauce, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños in a bowl.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and roll out garlic bread dough into a rectangle.
- Cut diagonal strips along the sides of the dough, leaving the center intact.
- Spoon the shrimp mixture into the center of the dough evenly.
- Braid the dough by folding strips over the filling, sealing edges well.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
