  • 1 loaf of fresh garlic bread dough
  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup of nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup of sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add shrimp with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook until pink, then set aside.
  2. Mix cooked shrimp, nacho cheese sauce, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños in a bowl.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and roll out garlic bread dough into a rectangle.
  4. Cut diagonal strips along the sides of the dough, leaving the center intact.
  5. Spoon the shrimp mixture into the center of the dough evenly.
  6. Braid the dough by folding strips over the filling, sealing edges well.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
