- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 slices of your favorite bread (sourdough or ciabatta work great)
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the shrimp with salt and pepper, then cook in olive oil over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Mix softened butter with minced garlic to create garlic butter.
- Spread garlic butter on one side of each bread slice, layer cheese and shrimp, and top with another slice of bread.
- Grill the sandwich on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Prepare garlic bread with leftover garlic butter and serve alongside the sandwich.

- Feel free to add other toppings like avocado or spinach to customize your sandwich.
- Adjust the amount of garlic to your liking for a stronger or milder flavor.
