Delicious Shrimp Crab Stuffed Shells, filled with seafood and creamy cheese, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells in salted water until al dente, then drain and cool.
  2. Mix shrimp, crab, ricotta, half mozzarella, garlic, seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Spread half of the marinara sauce in a baking dish and fill shells with the mixture.
  5. Pour remaining sauce over shells and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden.
  7. Let cool briefly, garnish with parsley, and serve.
