Delicious Shrimp-Crab Fajita Roll-Up Bombs that are easy to make and packed with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (any color)
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • Cooking spray or olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Sauté sliced bell peppers and onion in olive oil until soft.
  2. Mix cooked shrimp, crab meat, sautéed vegetables, and fajita seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Spread cream cheese on each tortilla.
  4. Spoon the shrimp and crab mixture onto the tortillas.
  5. Roll up the tortillas, tucking in the sides.
  6. Place roll-ups seam side down in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with cheese, and bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes.
