To whip up this delightful delicacy, gather the following ingredients:
- 1 package of croissants (8–10 pieces)
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup of crab meat
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup of ricotta cheese
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté garlic in olive oil, then add shrimp and crab meat, seasoning with Old Bay, salt, and pepper until shrimp is pink (3-5 minutes).
- Combine ricotta cheese and heavy cream in a bowl, stirring in half of the mozzarella.
- Layer croissants in a baking dish, followed by half of the seafood mixture, then a layer of the cheesy mixture. Repeat layers, finishing with mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
