To whip up this delightful delicacy, gather the following ingredients:

  • 1 package of croissants (810 pieces)
  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup of crab meat
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup of ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil, then add shrimp and crab meat, seasoning with Old Bay, salt, and pepper until shrimp is pink (3-5 minutes).
  3. Combine ricotta cheese and heavy cream in a bowl, stirring in half of the mozzarella.
  4. Layer croissants in a baking dish, followed by half of the seafood mixture, then a layer of the cheesy mixture. Repeat layers, finishing with mozzarella on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Notes

  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
