- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup tortilla chips, crushed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread filling on a tortilla, add crushed chips and cheese, roll tightly, and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush rolls with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
- Best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored.
