Delicious Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Nacho Rolls that are crispy, cheesy, and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup tortilla chips, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread filling on a tortilla, add crushed chips and cheese, roll tightly, and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  4. Brush rolls with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  6. Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored.
