- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon of sour cream
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice (for guacamole)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Buns of your choice
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, and extra cilantro
Instructions
- Chop the shrimp into small pieces.
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, breadcrumbs, cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch thick burger patties.
- Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Mash the avocado and mix with sour cream, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make guacamole.
- Assemble the burgers with shrimp patties, guacamole, and optional toppings.
