- 1 pound of shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 pound of smoked sausage (sliced)

- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prep the sausage, bell pepper, onion, and mince the garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced sausage and cook until browned (about 5 minutes).
- Toss in bell pepper, onion, and garlic; sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Add shrimp, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper; cook until shrimp is pink (4-5 minutes).
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

- Adjust the cayenne pepper to control spiciness.
- Serve with rice or crusty bread for a complete meal.
