Instructions

  1. Boil salted water, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Reserve pasta water and drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook sausage until browned.
  3. Add garlic and tomatoes, cooking until fragrant and softened.
  4. Add shrimp, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper; cook until shrimp is pink.
  5. Combine pasta with the sauce, adding reserved water if needed, and stir in parsley.
  6. Serve garnished with parsley.
