- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Tortilla chips or cucumber slices for serving
Instructions
- Cook the shrimp in a skillet over medium-high heat with oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Mash avocados in a bowl, then mix in tomatoes, garlic, onion, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Chop cooked shrimp and gently fold into the guacamole mixture.
- Serve the shrimp and guacamole on tortilla chips or cucumber slices.
Notes
- For added flavor, serve with fresh cilantro on top.
- Keep the shrimp chilled if not serving immediately.
