Instructions

  1. Cook the shrimp in a skillet over medium-high heat with oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  2. Mash avocados in a bowl, then mix in tomatoes, garlic, onion, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Chop cooked shrimp and gently fold into the guacamole mixture.
