Instructions
- Boil 4 cups of water or broth, then whisk in cornmeal and cook until thickened; stir in cheddar cheese.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and bell pepper until tender.
- Add garlic, then shrimp, cooking until shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Stir in tomatoes, Creole seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve grits topped with shrimp and sauce, garnished with green onions.
