To create the ultimate Shrimp and Crab Stuffed Shells, gather the following ingredients:

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  2. Mix shrimp, crab, ricotta, half mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Stuff each shell with the filling and place in a greased baking dish.
  4. Cover stuffed shells with marinara sauce and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add Italian herbs to the filling.
