  2. Wash and prepare the bell peppers by cutting off the tops and removing the seeds.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil, sauté onion and garlic, then add shrimp and cook until pink. Stir in crab meat, rice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix half the mozzarella and breadcrumbs into the seafood mixture.
  5. Stuff the mixture into the bell peppers and top with remaining mozzarella.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve.
