Instructions
- Chop shrimp and combine with crab meat and cheddar cheese; mix in nacho cheese sauce.
- Mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, and paprika in one bowl; whisk buttermilk and eggs in another, then combine.
- Assemble corn dogs by inserting skewers into seafood pieces and dipping in batter.
- Fry coated corn dogs in hot oil until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.
