- 1 can of flaky biscuits (8-count)
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Sour cream and salsa, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Open the biscuits, place on a greased baking sheet, and flatten slightly.
- Mix shrimp, crab, taco seasoning, tomatoes, jalapeños, and half of the green onions in a bowl; season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the seafood mixture onto each biscuit and top with cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with remaining green onions and serve with sour cream and salsa.
