Ingredients

  • 1 can of flaky biscuits (8-count)
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Sour cream and salsa, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the biscuits, place on a greased baking sheet, and flatten slightly.
  3. Mix shrimp, crab, taco seasoning, tomatoes, jalapeños, and half of the green onions in a bowl; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon the seafood mixture onto each biscuit and top with cheese.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Garnish with remaining green onions and serve with sour cream and salsa.
