- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Boil water and cook lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and lay flat.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, shrimp, crab, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread filling on each noodle, roll up tightly, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over roll-ups, then sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to add other seafood or vegetables to the filling for extra flavor.
- Fresh basil adds a nice touch as a garnish before serving.
