Delightful Shrimp and Crab Lasagna Roll-Up Bombs are a perfect combination of seafood and cheesy goodness, wrapped in lasagna noodles.

Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water and cook lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and lay flat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta, shrimp, crab, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread filling on each noodle, roll up tightly, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
  4. Pour marinara sauce over roll-ups, then sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

Notes

  • Feel free to add other seafood or vegetables to the filling for extra flavor.
  • Fresh basil adds a nice touch as a garnish before serving.
