Ingredients

- 8 oz. cooked shrimp, chopped
- 8 oz. crab meat, shredded
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 8 slices of thick bread
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix shrimp, crab, mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the filling on a slice of bread and top with another slice to form a sandwich.
- Butter the outside of each sandwich.
- Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before cutting and serve.

- Feel free to swap cheeses or add other seafood options.
- Use a panini press for an even crispier result.
