Instructions
- Combine shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a surface, add 2 tablespoons of filling, fold, and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
- Heat vegetable oil, fry egg rolls for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown, and drain on paper towels.
