Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place an egg roll wrapper on a surface, add 2 tablespoons of filling, fold, and roll tightly, sealing edges with water.
  3. Heat vegetable oil, fry egg rolls for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown, and drain on paper towels.
