Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchinis into noodles.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic, then shrimp; cook until shrimp are pink.
- Add heavy cream, simmer, and stir in Parmesan until thickened.
- Combine zucchini noodles, toss in sauce, and cook until tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
