- 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for at least 15 minutes.
- Coat marinated chicken with cornstarch evenly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry chicken pieces in batches for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken while hot.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
Notes
- Olive oil can be used instead of sesame oil if needed.
