Ingredients

  • 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Coat marinated chicken with cornstarch evenly.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Fry chicken pieces in batches for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken while hot.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
