Instructions
- Pat the scallops dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Carefully place scallops in the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes without moving.
- Flip the scallops, add butter, and cook for another 1-2 minutes, basting with melted butter.
- Remove from skillet, drizzle with lemon juice, and garnish with parsley if desired.

- Do not overcrowd the pan while searing.
