- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup crab meat, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook pasta shells for 8-10 minutes until al dente; drain and rinse.
- Mix ricotta, shrimp, crab, half mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Stuff each shell with the filling and place in a greased baking dish.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and pour marinara sauce over the shells; top with remaining mozzarella.
- Bake covered for 20 minutes, then uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
Notes
- Make sure not to overcook the pasta shells to prevent them from falling apart.
- You can use different seafood or add vegetables to the filling as desired.
