Delicious seafood stuffed jumbo pasta shells baked with marinara sauce and melted cheese.

Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook pasta shells for 8-10 minutes until al dente; drain and rinse.
  2. Mix ricotta, shrimp, crab, half mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Stuff each shell with the filling and place in a greased baking dish.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and pour marinara sauce over the shells; top with remaining mozzarella.
  5. Bake covered for 20 minutes, then uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.

Notes

  • Make sure not to overcook the pasta shells to prevent them from falling apart.
  • You can use different seafood or add vegetables to the filling as desired.
