- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound crab meat, lump or claw
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cups marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook lasagna noodles until al dente, then drain.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil, add shrimp until pink, then fold in crab, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix ricotta with half of the Parmesan, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Layer marinara, noodles, ricotta, seafood, and mozzarella in a baking dish, finishing with noodles and sauce on top.
- Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly.
