A delightful seafood boil featuring shrimp, crab legs, mussels, and vegetables, seasoned to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds of shrimp (preferably large)
  • 1 pound of crab legs
  • 1 pound of mussels
  • 2 pounds of small potatoes
  • 4 ears of corn, cut into halves
  • 1/2 cup of Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • Water (enough to fill your pot)
  • Butter (for serving)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water, add Old Bay seasoning, garlic, and lemon, then bring to a boil.
  2. Add potatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes until tender.
  3. Add corn and cook for 5 minutes until bright yellow and tender.
  4. Add shrimp, crab legs, and mussels, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until shrimp is pink and mussels open.
  5. Drain the pot and serve the seafood boil on a platter or newspaper.

Notes

  • For best results, use fresh seafood.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste if desired.
