Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds of shrimp (preferably large)
- 1 pound of crab legs
- 1 pound of mussels
- 2 pounds of small potatoes
- 4 ears of corn, cut into halves
- 1/2 cup of Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, halved
- 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
- Water (enough to fill your pot)
- Butter (for serving)
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water, add Old Bay seasoning, garlic, and lemon, then bring to a boil.
- Add potatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes until tender.
- Add corn and cook for 5 minutes until bright yellow and tender.
- Add shrimp, crab legs, and mussels, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until shrimp is pink and mussels open.
- Drain the pot and serve the seafood boil on a platter or newspaper.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh seafood.
- Adjust seasoning to taste if desired.
