Instructions
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.

- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish, cut biscuits into quarters, and layer them in the dish. Add cooked sausage, pour egg mixture over, and top with cheese.
