Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (fusilli or rotini works great)
  • 1 cup diced deli meats (turkey, ham, or salami)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or provolone)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumbers, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse.
  2. Chop vegetables and meats into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pasta, meats, cheese, veggies, and olives. Add Italian dressing and mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as necessary.
  5. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
