- 2 cups cooked pasta (fusilli or rotini works great)
- 1 cup diced deli meats (turkey, ham, or salami)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or provolone)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumbers, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and rinse.
- Chop vegetables and meats into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, meats, cheese, veggies, and olives. Add Italian dressing and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as necessary.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
