Instructions
- Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar, then press into a springform pan and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
- Make the cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese, adding sugar, vanilla, eggs, sour cream, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Prepare the apple pie filling by mixing sliced apples with brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Assemble the cheesecake by layering half of the cheesecake filling, half of the apple filling, the remaining cheesecake filling, and the rest of the apples.
- Bake for 1 hour until edges are set, then cool in the oven for 1 hour.
- Make the salted caramel by melting sugar until amber, stirring in butter, then whisking in heavy cream and sea salt.
- Once cooled, drizzle the cheesecake with salted caramel and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
