- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted, then mix in parmesan, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare salmon fillets by cutting pockets and stuffing with the filling.
- Place stuffed fillets on a lined baking sheet, season, and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
