Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs for 20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil, sauté sliced onions until caramelized, then stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Whisk in beef broth and soy sauce, simmer until thickened, then add baked meatballs and simmer together for 5 minutes.
Notes
- For added flavor, let the meatball mixture rest for 10 minutes before forming.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or over rice for a complete meal.
