Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, and yeast in a bowl, then add warm water and stir to form a shaggy dough.
- Gently fold in chopped rosemary and minced garlic.
- Cover and let the dough rise at room temperature for 12 to 18 hours.
- Shape the risen dough into a ball on a floured surface.
- Place the dough on parchment, cover, and let it rest for 1 to 2 hours while preheating the oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Transfer the dough with parchment into a Dutch oven, cover, and bake for 30 minutes; then uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool the bread on a wire rack before slicing.

- For best flavor, let the dough rise overnight.
- Use a Dutch oven to create steam for a better crust.
