Ingredients

- 4 slices of your favorite bread (sourdough or whole grain works best)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 3–4 roasted jalapenos, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Butter, for spreading
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Roast jalapenos at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes until charred, then chop.
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar, jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the cheese mixture on one side of two slices of bread and top with the other slices.
- Butter the outside of each sandwich.
- Grill sandwiches in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Slice the grilled sandwiches and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the number of jalapenos based on your spice preference.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce for added flavor.
