- 1 orange, zested and juiced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine orange zest, lemon zest, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the marinade.
- Marinate turkey fillets in a resealable bag or dish for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Transfer turkey to a baking dish, pour remaining marinade over, and roast for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice and serve, drizzled with pan juices.
