Instructions
- Wash, pit, and slice the peaches.
- Blend the sliced peaches until smooth to create a peach puree.
- In a large pitcher, mix the lemon juice with sugar until dissolved.
- Add the peach puree and water, stirring well.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour, then serve over ice garnished with mint leaves.
Notes
- Adjust the sugar to taste based on the sweetness of the peaches.
