Ingredients
Scale
- 2 pounds of live lobsters
- 1 pound of shrimp, deveined and peeled
- 1 pound of crab legs
- 2 pounds of small red potatoes
- 4 ears of corn, cut into halves
- 1/4 cup of Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot with salt.
- Add red potatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Once tender, add corn and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
- Add lobsters, cover, and cook for 8-10 minutes until bright red.
- Add shrimp and crab legs, cooking for 3-7 minutes.
- Drain the pot, return seafood, drizzle with butter, and add Old Bay seasoning.
- Serve on a platter or newspaper with lemon wedges.
