Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of live lobsters
  • 1 pound of shrimp, deveined and peeled
  • 1 pound of crab legs
  • 2 pounds of small red potatoes
  • 4 ears of corn, cut into halves
  • 1/4 cup of Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot with salt.
  2. Add red potatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Once tender, add corn and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
  4. Add lobsters, cover, and cook for 8-10 minutes until bright red.
  5. Add shrimp and crab legs, cooking for 3-7 minutes.
  6. Drain the pot, return seafood, drizzle with butter, and add Old Bay seasoning.
  7. Serve on a platter or newspaper with lemon wedges.
