Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, then add to the wet mixture alternately with buttermilk.
- Fold in raspberries and pistachios gently.
- Pour batter into a greased pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
