Gather these simple ingredients to make your Ranch Chicken and Rice Casserole:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine chicken, rice, broth, soup, ranch seasoning, and vegetables; mix well.
- Pour into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
