Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces of spaghetti or linguine
  • 1 pound of mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and mussels work great!)
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook spaghetti or linguine according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add mixed seafood to the skillet, cook until shrimp turns pink and mussels open.
  4. Toss in cherry tomatoes and pour in white wine, simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Drain pasta, add to skillet, toss to coat with sauce, season to taste.
  6. Plate the pasta, garnish with chopped parsley, and enjoy.

  • Use fresh seafood for the best flavor.
