Ingredients

- 8 ounces of spaghetti or linguine
- 1 pound of mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and mussels work great!)
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup of white wine (or vegetable broth)
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
- Red pepper flakes, optional for a kick
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook spaghetti or linguine according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add mixed seafood to the skillet, cook until shrimp turns pink and mussels open.
- Toss in cherry tomatoes and pour in white wine, simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Drain pasta, add to skillet, toss to coat with sauce, season to taste.
- Plate the pasta, garnish with chopped parsley, and enjoy.
