Ingredients

  • 8 ounces linguine pasta
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot, add linguine, and cook according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat and sauté the diced chicken with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and oregano until browned.
  3. Push chicken to the side, add butter and garlic to the skillet, and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, combine with chicken, then add the cooked linguine and toss with lemon juice.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider using fresh herbs in addition to parsley.
