Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup in a bowl. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla; mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before cutting into squares.
