- 2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, and 1/2 cup pumpkin puree until smooth.
- Cut biscuit dough into quarters.
- Toss biscuit pieces in a mixture of remaining pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
- In a greased bundt pan, layer coated biscuit pieces and cream cheese filling; add pecans if using.
- Mix melted butter and brown sugar, then drizzle over the layered dough.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before flipping onto a serving plate.
