Instructions

  3. Mix sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the dressing.
  4. Combine cucumbers, onions, and dressing in a large bowl, tossing gently.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, then garnish with fresh dill before serving.
