Instructions
- Prep the shrimp, pineapple, and bell peppers.
- Make the marinade with olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger, then marinate shrimp for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Add bell peppers and pineapple, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or more honey if desired.
- Serve garnished with green onions and lime wedges.
