- 2 pounds of pork ribs
- 1 cup of fresh pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh pineapple slices for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by mixing pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Marinate the ribs in a resealable bag or bowl with the marinade for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) about 30 minutes before cooking.
- Bake the ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet for 1.5 to 2 hours, covered with foil.
- Glaze the ribs with reserved marinade and broil for 5-7 minutes until caramelized.
- Let the ribs rest, slice, and serve with fresh pineapple slices.

- For best flavor, marinate overnight.
