  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C), cut the tops off the bell peppers, and remove the seeds.
