- 1 pound of thinly sliced ribeye steak
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 slices of provolone cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: hot sauce for an extra kick
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers for 5 minutes.
- Push veggies aside, add ribeye steak, season, and cook for 3-4 minutes, then stir together.
- Lay cheese over the mixture, cover, and let melt for 1-2 minutes.
- Place steak mixture in tortillas, fold sides, and roll up tightly.
- Toast wraps in a skillet for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Notes
- Other cuts like sirloin can be used instead of ribeye.
