- 1 pound of thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin work great)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 8 ounces of provolone cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 package of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garlic powder for added flavor
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté onions and bell peppers until tender.
- Add beef to the skillet, season, and cook until browned.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and roll out pizza dough, cutting into rectangles.
- Fill each rectangle with the beef and veggie mixture, then top with cheeses.
- Seal the dough by folding and pinching the edges.
- Place breadsticks on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool, then serve with dipping sauce.
