Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 8 ounces of mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 package of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté onions and bell peppers until tender.
  2. Add beef to the skillet, season, and cook until browned.
