To whip up this amazing Philly Cheesesteak Soup, you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 pound beef steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces provolone cheese, shredded
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Sauté the onion and green bell pepper in olive oil until soft, then add garlic.
- Add beef steak and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Lower heat, stir in heavy cream, and gradually mix in provolone cheese until melted.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
